| Quick Blogcast – Customize your Favicon! |
 |
We’ve just added the ability to customize your site's Favicon, that little icon that shows up next to your site name or URL. Simply go to the main settings page or the “Add Blog” page (if you're a paying customer). It’s easy to set up – just upload an appropriate image and press the page's “Save” button.
Plus, Quick Blogcast now has Bandwidth Overage Protection! While most people never get near their monthly allotment of bandwidth, there are occasions where the world beating a path to your door can lead to an unexpected monthly charge. There is a way to ensure this doesn't happen to you. We can monitor your daily bandwidth usage and turn off your blog if you go over. A message is displayed to your visitors until either the billing period rolls over or you buy extra bandwidth. We also send you an email when you reach 80% of capacity as well as when the actual overage occurs. Overage protection is defaulted to "Off", but you can turn it on in your Quick Blogcast account: Manage Blog > Settings > General.
